1.青虾洗净处理干净,去头去壳去虾线,将虾仁开背。

2.虾仁中放入面粉,磕入一个鸡蛋。

3.加盐和五香粉,搅拌均匀腌制备用。

4.取适量面包糠,均匀将虾仁包裹,锅中入油烧热。

5.依次放入穿着黄金铠甲的虾仁,小火慢炸。

6.煎至金黄色虾仁熟透即可出锅。

7.依次炸好放入盘中,可用吸油纸吸去多余的油脂。
